SONOMA COUNTY FAIR- vendor application

We’re excited to feature a small, curated market at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds August 7th-17th! Our dedicated market will be hosted inside the Grace Pavillion amongst other retailer vendors and clearly set-up as the SoCo Market Village.

Fair Dates: August 7th through August 17th

Fair hours: Monday- Thursday 12pm-9pm | Friday-Sunday 10am-10pm

We are accepting applications from retail vendors only, no food or drink allowed. Each vendor will be given a 10×10 space (pipe & drape is included). Vendors would be allowed to keep inventory overnight.

Vendors can apply for any dates they want. Priority is given to vendors booking the full 11 days or at least a full weekend.

Vendor Pricing:

• Weekdays: $120/day

• Weekends: $175/day

• Entire Fair (11 days): $1,210
